Wendy Siu joined Asset Management Company as Controller in 2007. Wendy is responsible for the firms venture investing, financial functions and reporting as well as administrative functions such as investor relations related to the AMP and AMP 2004 funds. She has more than ten years of venture capital finance experience specializing in fund administration and tax planning. Prior to joining Asset Management Company, she was a financial consultant for companies in the venture capital industry. Wendy began her career at Pricewaterhouse Cooper as she progressed to Tax Manager in venture and private equity taxation. Wendy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Chaminade University and a Certified Public Accountant in California.
