The Russian Technology Fund ("TRTF" or "RTF") is focused on technology related venture capital investment opportunities in Russia. It was established in 1995 in St. Petersburg. RTF was the first Russian venture capital fund specializing in technology-based companies. A substantial portion of the Fund's capital came from private international investors in Europe and the United States.

RTF has invested in private Russian companies, which are focused primarily on the commercial exploitation of technology products and are characterized by high growth potential in the domestic and international markets. RTF is now working with portfolio companies to help them expand in the global marketplace and partner with western companies.
